You retain full ownership of your manuscript and the rights to your published work, including your copyright, ISBN, and royalties. We provide services to help you publish; we do not claim ownership of your book. Any templates, tools, or proprietary materials we use remain our property.
Fees, payment schedules, and refund terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due as outlined in that agreement, and work may be paused for overdue balances.
The number of revision rounds and the format of deliverables are defined per service. Additional work beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
Our services are provided on a professional best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, reviews, or commercial outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Books Publishing Lab’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
